Please let me know if you are scheduled to be induced in order for me to make appropriate arrangements in advance.  Otherwise, call anytime between 7 am and 10 pm to let me know when you are admitted to Labor and Delivery.  Keep me updated throughout this time with your progress in labor, any rapid change in your dilatation and especially when you begin the pushing phase.  Any family member or friend you choose can give me updates if you or your coach are unable to call due to your labor status.

I will try to be available for most Delivery Room photos from approximately 9 am to 11pm, depending on my family obligations.  I may be available earlier on some days and later on others. I will determine at 10 pm whether I will be able to photograph your delivery room moments that evening, based on your dilatation and my family schedule.

If I’m unable to take your Delivery Room photos, or if you prefer, I will meet with you and your new family during your stay on the Maternity Unit.  Call and schedule a time that is convenient, preferably when siblings, grandparents or other relatives you would like in your photographs, can be present.  Either location will provide you with beautiful, cherished photographs.
